Key Duties & Responsibilities Design and Develop Data Pipelines Build robust, scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines. Handle data migration and ingestion from various sources (e.g., SQL, APIs). API Development and Integration Develop and test backend APIs using C# to pull and process data. Integrate APIs with Azure services and ensure secure authentication (e.g., MSFT Entra). Cloud Infrastructure Management (Azure) Work with Azure Storage, Indexing, Key Vault, and authentication services. Manage and optimize data workflows in the Azure ecosystem. Data Automation and Analysis Use Python (including Jupyter Notebooks) for automating data workflows and performing exploratory data analysis. Implement data reliability and monitoring solutions. Collaboration and Reporting Collaborate with geoscience and oil & gas domain experts to understand data needs. Support Power BI dashboard development for business reporting (though not the primary focus).
