- Lead and manage Product/ Process Engineering and Industrial Engineering to support the following functions
- ECN accurate generation and timely implementation
- Control Plan and FMEA generation and updating
- Manufacturing Process Flow and Work Instruction development
- Routing Setting and Routing Operations & Accuracy
- Cycle Time / Productivity improvement
- Factory floor layout and optimization
- Support NPI engineering activities to ensure successful volume ramp up.
- Prepare and manage the department budget (finance and headcount)
- Consolidate and develop skill resources through staff training and management skills development.
- Responsible for the improvement and maintenance of corporate Engineering SOPs. To coordinate all required Technical Disciplines
- To act as a Consultant in order to solve Manufacturing Issues
- Degree or diploma in Electronics or Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- At least 10 years of working experience with minimum 5 years' experience in managerial capacity in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership qualities and able to lead engineering team drive for success.
- Familiar with 6-Sigma, LEAN and Problem-Solving concepts and methodologies
- Familiar with project management
- Possess test development experience (EEM & EMM)
