With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch's Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics' fab in Dresden, Germany. Optimize or design new production processes in cooperation with product engineers to ensure product quality and yield
Debug and add new features to internally developed measurement software for the laboratory (C++ or C#)
Enable testing of new production methods and product variants in the laboratory
Create documentation for production processes and support their implementation
Collaborate daily with colleagues across multiple locations and domains

Qualifications

Master's Degree (Master/Phd) in electrical engineering, communications engineering, mechatronics, physics or a comparable degree
Minimum or more than 3 years of experience in measurement and test engineering and hardware (PCB) development in lab and/or fab environment
Possess, excellent programming skills in C/C++/C#, experience with MEMS test equipment is an advantage.
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge in German is an advantage (alternative: willingness to learn the basics) is very helpful.
An effective team player with good ability for problem solving and analytical thinking approach.
A strong sense of responsibility, the ability to think independently, and the determination to overcome challenges.
