The role involves managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering excellent customer experiences while introducing a well-loved Indonesian culinary tradition to the Malaysian market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the setup and daily operations of the outlet.Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver excellent service.Oversee inventory, suppliers, and cost control.Ensure consistent product quality and brand standards.Drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.Maintain compliance with Malaysian food safety and retail regulations.Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
