In order to transform our vision into reality we are working on the following 3 mindset pillars: DO THE RIGHT THING, DO IT RIGHT AND DO IT BETTER.One of centers set up in Malaysia, we call it BEST in KL (BEST stands for Business Expertise, Services & Technologies), provides financial services to 20 markets within North Asia & SAPMENA (South Asia Pacific, Middle East & North Africa).Overview of the roleL'Oréal is currently recruiting for an Finance Master Data Expert with well-rounded knowledge to execute the FMD program.Key job responsibilitiesThe Finance Master Data Expert is responsible for;

Processing of requests for creating, modifying, and blocking Finance Master Data (e.g. vendor master data, GL master data, cost centers, internal/investment orders, cost elements, generic materials, allocation cycles).
Monitoring and active support to keep data integration between SAP and other L'Oréal systems (e.g. MySupplier, Compass, Tiger, Contact).
Ensuring the necessary mapping, required for the correct flow of data.
Analysis of data discrepancies between FI and CO modules in SAP.
Following the L'Oréal Group Target Processes related to the Finance Master Data.
Ensuring the process deadlines are respected (especially a Closing period). Monitoring and communicating potential risks.
Participation in projects, related to the implementation of new solutions, tools and improvements.
Keeping the Finance Master Data in high quality.
Close cooperation with Group, Shared Service Center, IT and local retain organizations (e.g. Controlling, Accounting).
He / she reports directly to Head of DEX (Delivery Excellence)

Who we are looking for

4-6+ years total post-graduate work experience with time spent in Finance/Accounting Master Data, in a rapidly growing business (Big MNC or SSC experience will be an asset)
SAP FICO working experience (SAP Master data role at least 4 years)
Great Excel and Data Analytics skills
Self-organized and detailed-oriented person
Continuous improvement mindset (LSS knowledge will be an asset)
English - fluent spoken and written
