Supply Chain Executive

• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and delivered in accordance with customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers to resolve any issues related to delivery or shipment of goods.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for internal review and reporting purposes.
• Access customer portals to monitor sales data and prepare bi-monthly sales reports for invoicing.
• Track and analyze customer sales performance through regular portal access and data monitoring.
• Handle customer stock returns due to defects and prepare corresponding credit notes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior or Head of Department (HOD).
