Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they
reach volume, quality and cost goals.
Determine manufacturing processes and calculate machine and operator loads.
The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Professional competencies

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Diploma with 5 years Experience.
Able to manage a group of production supervisor and executive. (140-190 Headcounts).
Result oriented in term production KPI delivery such as Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery.
Able to analyse data and knowledge in problem solving techniques.
Good critical thinking process. Experience in talent & succession planning.
Fluent Spoken and writing Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Preferably in havign experience in counselling and mentoring
Preferably in having good knowledge in lean manufacturing and agile manufacturing concept.
Preferably in having good knowledge in SAP/MES
