Location: Petaling Jaya, SelangorJob Descriptions:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Order Billing to join our team. This role is key in supporting billing operations, driving automation initiatives, and contributing to ongoing process improvements. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in the billing cycle while also supporting transformation and change management within the billing function.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end order billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Support change management activities related to the reorganization of the order billing structure, including stakeholder communication and process alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize auto-billing automation systems.
  • Monitor and analyze billing operations to identify areas for continuous improvement in accuracy, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, document, and enforce billing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Support system enhancements and UAT related to billing modules (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Generate and analyze billing reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies in coordination with sales, customer service, and finance teams.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in billing, order processing, or finance operations.
  • Experience in billing automation or ERP system implementation is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and billing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Change management or process improvement experience (Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus).
  • Preferred candidate able to start immediately or with short notice period
  • Possibility to convert to permanent employment.
