Site Manager (Taman Dato Chellam, Johor)

• Responsible for overall project management including planning, coordination, implementation, execution and successful completion of project.
• Lead site engineers in planning, scheduling, construction oversight and coordinating the civil and structural works.
• Ensures all construction works are caarried out in right seequence and well- coordinated.
• Provide guidance and direction to constrcution workers, subcontractors and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulation and policies.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare site daily report and monthly progress report.
• Any other duties assigned by the management.

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in Construction, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Proficient in mandarin will be an additional advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office in Excel & Words
• Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, highly organized, proactive, committed and strong negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
