Job Description: Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of all inventory transactions. Coordinate with other departments to align inventory with demand. Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures. Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Lead and manage a team of inventory staff, including training and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to manage stock levels and forecasts. Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies. Develop and implement strategies to minimize inventory costs and reduce waste. Requirements: Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field At least 2 years of working experience in specialized in courier service/logistics/warehousing background A good team player and able to lead a team independently Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English Good coordination and organizational skill Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email Able to work on shift hours and willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja, Klang Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days)
