- Perform overall day to day accounting & finance functions.
- Responsible for data key in and reports compiling, printing, filing & admin etc.
- Review and manage payments.
- Assist in accounts closing (eg. Review journals, invoices, general ledger, perform variance analysis and perform accounts receivable closing) and prepare financial reports.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare cash flow forecast and cash flow projections.
- Assist in updating feasibility studies.
- Prepare financial budget.
- Prepare necessary Group compliance reports and authority compliance reports.
- Deal with auditor and tax agents.
- Prepare audit reporting packs.
- Review audited financial statements and tax computations.
- Deal with bankers on financing arrangements.
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports as per requirement of Group requirements.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic Accounting principle is compulsory.
- Preferable 4 year (s) of working experience in property developer industry.
- Excellent command of both oral and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and any Accounting software.
- Exceptional time management and ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
