- Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
- Research and analyze best design techniques to deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
- Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables.
- Participate in a brainstorming session to share & resolve technical issues, new design perspectives and ideas.
- Work with related stakeholders from the Marketing team to understand briefs & needs, work with copywriters to propose concepts and ideas for videos, motion graphics, or otherwise, and create visually enticing videos that serve business needs.
- Support multimedia creation for all campaigns.
- Participate in a brainstorming session to share & resolve issues, new design perspectives, ideas and guidelines.
- Occasionally supervise and serve as a consultant for external agencies and contractors on creative projects;
- Manage the end-to-end creation of video projects that benefit Bomb Battle's communication channels.
- Understand design best practices, continuously experiment with new formats, and cascade knowledge to junior members of the team.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and design standards.
