In your new role you will:Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer according to SAFe 6
- Lead the Scrum process and facilitate Scrum ceremonies on Agile Team / Agile Release
- Coach/train the ART and mentor other Scrum Masters and team members on Agile
- Help the ART to identify and remove any impediments or roadblocks that may be
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the ART and with stakeholders
- Work with the Product Management and System Architect to prioritize and manage the
- Establish ART flow measures and continuously monitor and improve the flow of value.
- Help to identify bottle necks and areas for process improvement, lead initiatives to
- Foster a culture of relentless improvement and learning within the ART and organization
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Deep knowledge of, and experience in working with Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and others
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different levels of the organization
- Ability to train, coach and mentor other Scrum Masters and team members on Agile principles and methodologies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remove impediments
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, passion and enthusiasm
- SAFe 6 certified Scrum Master, SAFE 6 certified Release Train Engineer or equivalent certification preferred
