- Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to align on sales strategies and customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Africa and Middle East regions, focusing on long-term growth and sustainability.
- Establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders and customers, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Drive business growth by demonstrating market insights, customer feedback, and innovative approaches.
- Work closely with the Naroda factory to ensure product availability, quality, and timely delivery to customers.
- Develop and implement business development plans that align with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proven track record of closing sales deals and achieving revenue targets in diverse markets.
- Experience working with multinational peers and in diverse cultural environments, demonstrating strong intercultural communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business goals and driving growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
