You will be reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager and this role will be based in Penang, Malaysia.Job Description:
- You will need to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the Food Service/HORECA segment
- Identify and prioritize potential customers within Penang, including restaurants, hotels, cafes, caterers, and other food service establishments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts, leveraging existing networks and proactively seeking out new contracts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends, and use insights to develop tailored sales strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within the FMCG industry, candidates with food manufacturing experiences is an added advantage
- Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth
- Able to be based in Penang
