Oliver James is partnering with the largest Insurance firms in the APAC region who is in the forefront of a global technology transformation. They are currently expanding their technical team due to a surge of new projects coming in within the AI & Cloud space, hence they are hiring for M365 specialists based in Malaysia. This role would be reporting to the Senior Manager – End User Technology.Requirements

10+ years of relevant IT experience (End user service management, monitoring, security, performance, capacity, availability).
Deep knowledge in M365 platform setup in relationship to office 365, Azure Active Directory, dynamic 365 and Power platform.
Minimum 5-6 Years’ experience in Dynamic365/Power platform service Management.
Excellent communications and interpersonal and presentation skills.
