We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of People Services to lead our People Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team that oversees HR Operations, Payroll, and Data Accuracy, ensuring the seamless delivery of people-centric services across the organization.Job Descriptions:
  • Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and compliance activities.
  • Develop and implement efficient HR processes and systems to enhance operational effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Manage payroll processes accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with Finance and other relevant stakeholders to reconcile payroll data and address any discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Oversee the maintenance and integrity of HR data and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports for the HR department.
  • Utilize data analytics to derive insights and drive informed decision-making related to people management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and IT, to support organizational initiatives and projects.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the People Services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing HR Ops & Payroll function
  • At least 4 years of experience in being in a people management
  • Experienced in setting up and using HRIS tool (SAP preferable)
  • Organised and a good eye for details

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or anything related.
