  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage for Outside Sales).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if willing to learn.
  • For Outside Sales: Possess a valid car licence and willingness to travel most of the time.
ResponsibilitiesSales Coordinator (Inside Sales)
  • Manage daily sales activities including phone calls, preparing and processing quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, job orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately and on time.
  • Prepare shipping and delivery documentation, coordinating with customers, production, store, sales personnel, and transporters to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Follow up on customer orders and respond to enquiries via phone calls, email, and social media.
  • Provide after-sales support, address feedback and complaints, and propose improvements where necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer profiles and databases.
  • Work with the QA department to ensure customer quality standards are met.
  • Track and report inventory status, perform and verify monthly stock checks, and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Follow up on outstanding account receivables.
  • Keep an organised filing system for the department.
Outside Sales Executive
  • Identify and develop new markets to grow the company's customer base.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Analyse market trends and sales data to identify opportunities.
  • Actively visit and engage potential customers to build and expand relationships.
  • Handle customer enquiries promptly via WhatsApp, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Work towards aggressive sales targets with commission incentives.
  • Assist with other sales-related functions as assigned by management.
