Summary:As an Associate Manager, Procurement, you will be responsible for support delivery of Cost, Cash, Innovation, and other value drivers. Role includes data gathering and analysis for projects, contract management, new product development, supply risk management, capacity expansion alternatives, commercial negotiations, strategic analysis, and other special project requirements.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support Global Solvent/Propellant/Surfactants and Other Chemicals Portfolio across all Business Units:Owns the development and implementation of the Solvent/Propellant/Surfactants/Other Raw Materials Procurement strategy for APAC.Provides input, run cost, spend, market analytics to align regional strategies to the Global Solvent/Propellant/ Surfactants/Other Raw Materials Procurement strategy.Accountable for the delivery of cost savings and working capital improvement in the APAC region for spend category.Works cross-functionally to unlock cost savings, mitigate inflation, mitigate risk and contribute to increased Delivered and Operating Profit.Manage contract terms and compliance, including global pricelists, FX, rebates, and payment terms.Support request for quotes, supplier identification, selection, and consolidation activities.Manage NPD requests and hand-off between Procurement Portfolio and Procurement Operations.Support, execute and ideate data reviews and analyzes looking for value.Participation in supplier negotiations and relationship with deep level of understanding of the supply base in term of cost, innovation, risk management and other value add.Owns supplier relationships and supplier performance for area of responsibility and acts as escalation for supplier issues.Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:Minimum 5 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.Minimum 2 years ERP experience (SAP preferred).Minimum 2 years' experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.Bachelor of Science degree.Inclusion & DiversityWe're a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age and ability.
