Order Management Senior Process Executive (EMEA) Location: 1Powerhouse, Bandar Utama (Linked to Bandar Utama MRT) Work Arrangement: Hybrid Shift Hours: 5 days rotational, EMEA Shift - 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, including coverage during public holidays Salary: Up to RM4,200 Job Summary: We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service. This role will require working in EMEA shift hours, collaborating across departments, and handling order-related issues through various platforms including EDI, RPA, and manual processes. Key Responsibilities: Process all customer orders promptly and accurately, adhering to company policies and guidelines. Resolve order-related issues from EDI, RPA, and manual submissions to ensure timely processing and delivery. Coordinate with the Master Data team to resolve issues related to material and pricing. Maintain effective communication with internal customer service teams, sales teams, and customers directly. Conduct routine data analysis, identify discrepancies or issues, and present findings clearly. Update internal reports accurately and in a timely manner. Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required. Requirements: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience. Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). Hands-on experience with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and strong understanding of Order Management. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in work. Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines. Capable of working under pressure, independently, and in a fast-paced team environment. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
