A manufacturing company in Malaysia is currently looking for a Final Assembly Manager to join the exciting team. Our client's HQ is in Taiwan where they manufacture consumer & innovative home-related products. Malaysia is one of the most important markets in SEA where two factory plants are based in Malaysia.What you'll do:
- Discuss and arrange the headcount needed according to the PMC Production Plan
- Monitor shipment, productivity line and efficiency, 6S and quality in the daily operation
- Manage and supervise the performances of production line and staff in order to meet the KPI department goal
- Deliver the top management expectation and messages to the down liners
- Coordinate with the relative departments and supporting teams in troubleshooting and tackle the operation issues
- Provide training to the down liners
- Bachelor Degree/ Master’s Degree/ Advance Diploma in Engineering field (Electrical/Electronic) or whichever equivalent
- Able to communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of related working experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment
- Good interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
- Able to manage a big number of team in the department with 300 people
- Microsoft Office proficiency especially in Excel, Power point and Word
- Must willing to work in Port Klang Selangor
