- Lead branch sales efforts for Privilege Banking products (investments, deposits, loans, insurance).
- Manage and grow client portfolios with investible assets below a defined threshold.
- Coach and supervise Relationship Managers to meet sales and service KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and licensing requirements.
- Support promotional campaigns and client engagement activities.
- Refer clients to other banking segments when appropriate.
- Minimize operational losses and resolve client issues effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Licensed to sell securities and investment products.
- Strong leadership, sales, and client relationship skills.
- Knowledge of consumer banking products and regulatory frameworks.
