- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Knowledge in using Autocount Accounting System and familiar with contra transaction will added advantages
- Basic accounting and HR knowledge
- Able to work under pressure
- Self-independence and able to work under minimum supervision
- Working Hours : 8:30AM - 5:30PM ( 5 days per week )
- Update daily account balance
- Doing for Account Receivable and Account Payable
- Daily bank receipt & Cash receipt record
- Solve customer case problem (outstanding /invoice/CN/etc.)
- Petty cash
- Monthly Director Claim
- Monitor and record staff leave applications
- Prepare salary, EPF, SOCSO and EIS
- Handling HR system
- Prepare letter required for company
- Key supplier's invoice/CN etc.
- Maintain proper filing system
- Monitor & assist company motor vehicle/company license expiry
- Able to complete tasks assigned from time to time
