Senior Employee Engagement Specialist Job Summary We're looking for a passionate and people-focused Employee Engagement Specialist to drive a positive workplace culture, organize staff engagement initiatives, and support internal training programs. You&aposll play a key role in strengthening employee morale, communication, and collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities ???? Employee Engagement & Culture Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and appreciation programs. Build initiatives to support employee wellness, recognition, and inclusivity. Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and pulse checks to understand team sentiment. Collaborate with department heads to enhance workplace culture and staff satisfaction. ???? Learning & Development Coordinate internal training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions for new hires. Work with leaders to identify training needs and design relevant upskilling opportunities. Support the development of internal trainers, materials, and digital learning tools. Track training attendance and assess effectiveness of learning programs. Manage internal communication platforms (e.g., newsletters, notice boards, staff WhatsApp groups). Promote company values and create engaging staff content to boost morale and transparency. Celebrate wins and milestones (e.g., work anniversaries, project completions, birthdays). Requirements Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field. 3 years experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR roles. Great people skills - warm, proactive, and creative! Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese Able to multitask, plan events, and coordinate across departments.
