Job Purpose As Product Designer for ValuationXchange, you will drive the design strategy and execution for both web and mobile applications, catering specifically to banks and valuers. Your role will involve deep user research, strategic thinking, and creating comprehensive design solutions that enhance overall user satisfaction and platform effectiveness. Key Responsibilities (a) User Experience (UX) Leadership Lead user research initiatives to deeply understand the unique needs, behaviors, and pain points of banks and valuers. Develop advanced user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring seamless user interactions and experiences across web and mobile platforms. (b) User Interface (UI) Design Excellence Craft visually compelling and intuitive designs, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines and industry-leading UI standards. Establish and maintain robust design patterns, comprehensive style guides, and reusable UI components for both web and mobile apps. (c) Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders through all stages of the product lifecycle. Clearly articulate design strategies, concepts, and rationale in presentations, workshops, and documentation. (d) Comprehensive Usability Testing Design and conduct usability testing across multiple platforms (web and mobile) to validate designs and user experience effectiveness. Analyze insights from testing, refine designs iteratively, and advocate for data-driven design decisions. (e) Innovation and Continuous Improvement Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, specifically in fintech, proptech, and SaaS. Proactively identify areas for improvement in current design methodologies, processes, and tools to optimize productivity and quality. Must-Haves 5+ years of extensive experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, specifically designing complex web and mobile applications for fintech, proptech, banking, or enterprise-level software. Bachelor&aposs degree or higher in Design or Information Technology, or a related field. Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and advanced prototyping tools. A robust portfolio demonstrating advanced design skills, user-centric solutions, cross-platform projects, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Expert-level knowledge of UX/UI principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
