- Monitor, identify and assess relevant tender opportunities in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end tender process, including document preparation, review, and timely submission.
- Collaborate with sales, regulatory, quality assurance, and finance teams to gather required information and ensure compliance with tender specifications and local regulations.
- Ensure all tender documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
- Maintain and update tender databases and track tender status and outcomes.
- Assist in preparing pricing proposals and commercial terms in line with company policies.
- Support contract negotiations and liaise with customers and internal stakeholders post-tender submission.
- Monitor and manage the overall sales funnel, ensuring visibility across all opportunity stages and accurate alignment with sales forecasts
- Analyze funnel health and identify gaps between funnel value and revenue targets, recommending actions to improve opportunity conversion and forecast accuracy
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance in tender management.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Coordinate and manage the full tender process including preparation, submission, and compliance with local procurement regulations
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory, finance) to gather necessary documentation and pricing for tender submissions.
- Data analytics
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in tender management, proposals, sales operations, or bid coordination, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry
- Competent in data analysis and report creation
- Proficiency in English, with additional language skills in Malay or Mandarin considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent skills in MS Office and familiarity with tender management or CRM systems such as Salesforce.
