Location: Sarawak, Malaysia Industry: Oil & Gas Development, Energy Services About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead marketing and project execution efforts for our operations in Malaysia. This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to work on groundbreaking energy projects and collaborate with international and local stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead marketing and project execution activities for Malaysian clients, ensuring the achievement of all assigned operational and financial targets. Manage client engagements across the project lifecycle, including tendering, contract negotiation, order processing, revenue generation, invoicing, and payment collection. Identify and develop local partnerships, including product suppliers, service providers, and contractors; build and maintain a local resource and cooperation database. Oversee all project execution management processes, including timely submission of workflows within the company&aposs management systems; organize technical briefings and manage critical execution phases. Develop, supervise, and manage comprehensive project execution plans; support project acceptance, delivery, and payment collection. Coordinate effectively with clients, external partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and optimize operational efficiency. Requirements: Education: Bachelor&aposs degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in international EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, with proven team leadership experience. Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Malay (spoken and written).
