  • Develop project plans and establish timelines for the HVAC project.
  • Work closely with engineers and technicians to carry out servicing tasks.
  • Engage in client communication to grasp and fulfill expectations effectively.
  • Supervise service engineers and technicians.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Acquire necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate with engineers and architects to define project specifications and requirements.

These are big companies with teams of good sizes and proper support. You will be reporting to the Project Manager working alongside a strong team of project engineers.skills and experience required
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry, specially in the HVAC industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
