You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.About the RoleLead the execution and coordination of strategic initiatives in partnership with Agency Leaders to drive performance, enhance recruitment outcomes, and exceed key business targets.Job Responsibilities:Strategic Recruitment PlanningDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with Agency Leaders to achieve regional recruitment targets.Performance Monitoring & SupportLeverage company-provided technology platforms and the Elite Academy ecosystem to track and enhance Life Planners’ performance.Recruitment Performance AnalysisConduct in-depth analysis of recruitment quality and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.Distribution OptimizationEnhance productivity and efficiency across the agency force by aligning initiatives with segmentation strategies.Field Engagement & Issue ResolutionConduct regular field visits to gather insights, support strategic planning, and address branch-level challenges.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Operations, Agency Records, Recruitment, Compliance, Legal, and Actuarial teams to support and strengthen agency business operations.Conflict MediationServe as a liaison between the company and agency force, facilitating effective communication and resolving conflicts professionally.Culture & Capability BuildingFoster a high-performance culture and implement people systems that support sustainable business growth.Additional DutiesUndertake other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support sales development and operational requirements.Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Professional insurance qualifications such as AMII, ACII, or AAII are advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general insurance or marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal skills; outgoing, resourceful, and able to engage effectively across all levels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative and innovative mindset.
