Job Description:-- Lead and manage the maintenance team - including contractors related to maintenance, wastewater treatment plant and boilers- The Maintenance Manager is responsible for handling and registering all activities related to these areas including the preparation of monthly maintenance reports and costs.- Responsible for the safe and effective maintenance, repair or replacement of the plant equipment, facilities and utilities to ensure and support a robust production system and maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the global policies, goals and objectives of the company.- Initiate, implement and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the oleo-chemical-food industry, with an emphasis on planned preventive maintenance. These activities are to be conducted in - You must operation with the production team on the site.- Initiate and carry out projects improving energy and plant efficiency or a reduction in operating costs. Optimization of our spare parts inventory - monitor the usage and inventories of space parts, maintenance supplies, equipment, initiate re-ordering and actively source local suppliers where possible - thus ensuring the highest degree of stability on the site.- Prepare reports, analyze data and make recommendations for improving plant operation and solving maintenance-related problems.- Lead and manage engineering projects with cross-functional teams, including actively participating and contributing to new product developments as and when required.- Manage projects to ensure timely project completion within budget, meeting expectations and company standards.- Ensure compliance to all GMP requirements; comply with ISO, HACCP, and other related certification systems by being a part of a future QEHS-team within the organization- Participate to ensure the factory's occupational health, safety and environment compliance- Ensure competency and development of subordinates by providing coaching and mentoring - including daily- Field trouble-shooting being a part of a future QEHS-team within the organization- Others : This job description will be periodically reviewed and additional duties and responsibilities will be included.Qualification & Competencies :- (Minimum experience, education and skills/knowledge to perform the job at fully acceptable level)Experience : Minimum 5 years of solid Engineering working experience in a maintenanceManagement role, in the foodstuff-manufacturing environment. Boilerman 1, grade and with proven experience.Experienced with ammonia based Cooling system.In-depth knowledge of the oleo-chemical- food plant maintenance and hands-on experience is a must.Good interpersonal skill, result oriented, proactive and highly motivated.Education : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Diploma / Degree in any fieldSkills/ Knowledge : Possess high standards of integrityand personal work standard-strong knowledge, experience and skills in cross-cultural negotiation and global business environment.- Proactive, self started and capable of managing multiple projects/ priorities at once.- Excellent planning and project management skills are desired.- Innovative with a proven track record and strong technical know-how.- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong and focused leadership, and sociable team player.- Able to think out-of-the box, drive dynamism & encourage new ideas,- Strong communication (and speaking at least English) and computer skills.
