Job DescriptionØ Operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines (Milling, Turning, or Auto Lathe, Cold Heading Machine, Thread Rolling Machine).Ø Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the machines to ensure optimal performanceØ Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure parts are manufactured to required standardsØ Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiencyØ Collaborate with the production team to identify ways to improve manufacturing processesØ Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environmentQualifications:Ø Possess Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronic or Electronic and Electrical Engineering or higher qualification with relevant work experience.Ø Minimum 2 years of experience as a machinist or technician, preferably in a similar manufacturing environmentØ Candidates with independent, mature and adaptable to team work.Ø Strong understanding of mechanical or/and electrical systems.Ø Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment.Ø Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ø Hands-on experience on machines set up and troubleshooting.Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
