- Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia is preferred
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting.
- Possessing knowledge in using QNE software is an added advantage.
- Knowledgeable on E-Invoice is an added advantage.
- Able to multitask and communicate between different departments.
- Able to work on alternate Saturday.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Prepare purchase order based on the purchase requisition received from production.
- Check, process and key in the invoices from supplier to accounting system.
- Liaise with the supplier for any returned stock and dispute with the invoices.
- Check the supplier Statement of account for the purpose of payment.
- Update the finished product in the accounting system on a daily basis.
- To do stock issues of raw material in the accounting system based on the production form on a daily basis.
- To do monthly stock take and reconcile the variance between physical stock and record.
- To do stock adjustment for the sample issue to customer and stock disposal once get approval from the supervisor.
- To update fixed asset listings and calculate the depreciation.
- To prepare GL journal as requested from supervisor.
- To assist the supervisor on an ad hoc basis.
