Responsibilities: Drive the Industrial Server / Edge Server revenue by achieving the individual sales quota. Develop and enhance sales and business development plans through market intelligence, understanding of client markets (quantitative and qualitative) and competitor analysis. Focus on solution selling for prospecting, engaging key stakeholders, and closing opportunities. Identify and define needs, articulating value proposition, differentiating competition, and positioning for new market entry. Keep track of the competition, pricing, and promotions offered by the competition in the market. Report on sales activity, pipeline development and revenue forecast. Develop the Go-To-Market strategy for the respective industry. Requirements: Must possess a Degree in Business/Marketing/Commerce or equivalent. Minimum five (5) years of working experience in Industrial server sales, account management and business development. Solid understanding of industrial server. Direct field & management experience in working with enterprise accounts. Should have consistently exceeded vital performance metrics. Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Proactive with successful track record of working in a team based environment. Independent and highly-motivated, results-driven with an ongoing curiosity for growth.
