CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (CHINESE SPEAKING)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good interpersonal communication skills, relationship management and collaboration skills
• Deep understanding of the Logistics industry and have resources of logistics service providers. Attention to details with strong initiative.
• Preferably Chinese Speaking Candidate.

• Able to lead and direct a group of technical expertise on day-to-day operations.
• Critical and creative thinking to solve issues and problems.
• Sound knowledge of Conflict Management.
• Must be able to work under pressure and achieve a high degree of accuracy, while keeping the proper perspective on the big picture.
• Undertaking other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by superior.
