  • Collaborate with senior management to define marketing objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage and enhance the companys brand image and reputation in the automotive market.
  • Develop and implement branding strategies to create a strong market presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to develop marketing strategies for new product launches and updates.
  • Plan and coordinate events such as product launches, trade shows, and sponsorships.
  • Ensure effective representation of the company at industry events.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and communications, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Monitor expenses and demonstrate a return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with media outlets and influencers.
  • Handle media inquiries and coordinate public relations efforts to manage the companys public image.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A masters degree may be preferred but is not always mandatory.
  • 4 years and above of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on the automotive industry or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, traditional media, and other marketing channels.
  • Ability to analyze market data, conduct market research, and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficient use of analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Effective project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives within established timelines and budgets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and communications.
  • Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets.
  • Previous experience in leading or supervising a marketing team.
