The company is based in Putrajaya, Malaysia Role Description This is a contract Frontend Developer role located on-site in Putrajaya. The Frontend Developer will be responsible for daily tasks associated with software development as well as responsive web design. Responsibilities Develop and maintain innovative front-end solutions using Vue.js 3 framework . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, interactive web applications. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. Implement and maintain code quality standards, including testing and documentation. Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and best practices. Requirements Proficiency in Vue.js 3 and its core principles, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with state management libraries such as Vuex. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Nice to Have - Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Added Advantage * Knowledge or experience with web mapping libraries such as ArcGIS JS API and OpenLayers. * Ability to integrate mapping functionalities into web applications, enhancing user experiences with geospatial data visualization and interaction. * Familiarity with GIS concepts and spatial data analysis techniques. * Experience in developing location-based services and geospatial applications. * Understanding of geospatial data formats (e.g., GeoJSON, KML) and coordinate systems. * Proven ability to work with mapping APIs to create custom mapping solutions tailored to specific project requirements. Candidates with expertise in web mapping libraries will have the added advantage of contributing to projects that involve geospatial data visualization, analysis, and mapping functionalities.
