Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client is a global construction and building technology solutions provider. They are seeking a senior HR leader to be based in Malaysia, focused on developing and executing a strategic talent acquisition agenda while supporting broader HR initiatives as Deputy Head of HR.Job Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team across all functions.
Partner with Finance and leadership to align recruitment with business goals.
Oversee the candidate journey and onboarding experience.
Drive employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives.
Manage and optimize recruitment channels and partnerships.
Leverage data and systems (e.g., ATS, CRM) to inform TA strategy.
Track and report key hiring metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and operations.
Contribute to global and regional talent acquisition projects.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
At least 5 years of experience leading a recruitment team.
Strong background in employer branding and passive talent engagement.
Proficient in sourcing platforms, ATS, and CRM tools.
Skilled in candidate evaluation and structured interviewing.
Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
