Overview POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Supervisor of Legal Contract Management System (LCMS) is responsible for administrating a global contracts management system and related processes. The Supervisor will collaborate with several cross-functional stakeholders on a global basis, including but not limited to, Legal, Global Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, and other corporate and regional departments. This position will understand business needs and best practices, develop functional requirements and confirm technical and business processes with cross-functional stakeholders. The position will also promote the use LCMS by collaborating developing internal training and communication campaigns, programs and tools. This position will manage the relationships with LCMS users regionally, assist in building global contract strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant policies, processes and procedures. The position will be responsible for working with internal control functions (e.g. Internal Audit, Controllership, Compliance, etc.) to continuously improve, enhance and adopt, best practices, policies and procedures related to contracts and the LCMS. This position will monitor and adapt processes related purchase orders and contracts, including but not limited to contract engagement, negotiation, execution, monitoring, and reporting of status, as well as analysis of performance metrics associated with them. This position will report to Sr. Advisor, Corp Governance & Commercial Transactions DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Develop and lead project teams regionally through a structured process to roll out LCMS Develop, manage and monitor project plans in partnership with selected implementation consultant to deploy new LCMS Assist in developing and implement contract policies and procedures that create improved value utilizing best practices Identify process and strategy improvements related to LCMS and contract lifecycle process Ensures policies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs for contracts lifecycle management Perform testing and manage go live strategies Perform user training and train the trainer in regional locations Partner with internal systems to develop world-class systems and automation Establish goals and metrics for performance of contracting activities against targets, recognizing successes, areas of opportunity and development initiatives Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Change management leader, driving for continuous improvement of the LCMS Manage service level (SLA) expectations, performance metrics and KPIs. Establish goals, monitor key metrics, execute analysis and reporting and enhances processes as needed to ensure compliance Monitor the industry and bring strong business practices to the company to improve overall performance of the company and department Promote and advance compliance with company contract and other related contract control policiQualifications Skills: Functional and technical experience with Coupa, Ariba or other contract management tools Experience engaging with overseas stakeholders Work efficiently with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines Effective leadership skills as well as teamwork collaboration; aligns work with people Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with full effectiveness of keeping other informed Ability to work well with other teams/colleagues regardless of different points of view with sensitivity to cultural diversity. Strength in building relationships and strategic alliance; creates the right environment for teamwork. Consistently achieves timely, desired results through proactive prioritization and project management. Results oriented with the ability to work independently Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Attention to detail Analytical and problem-solving ability Strong sense of urgency and ability to effectively multitask competing demands Experience: 2-4 years of contract lifecycle management and contract management tool experience. Experience with best practices processing contracts globally In-house legal department or law firm experience as paralegal or legal specialist/support professional experience Demonstrated record of achieving project timelines and goals demonstrated ability of developing relationships with team members that has led to improved contract strategy and quality Education: Bachelor's degree in legal, business, engineering, computer science or other technical/quantitative discipline required.
