- At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to multitask and work independently under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and discreet
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
- Manage CEO's calendar, appointments, and scheduling
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and documentation
- Screen and handle communications, including emails and phone calls
- Assist in tracking tasks, deadlines, and project follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all business matters
- Skill development in organization, communication, and problem-solving
