Treasury Operations - Confirmation Specialist Why Join As a Treasury Operations Confirmation Specialist at OCBC, you&aposll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our treasury operations. Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include Ensure that the trade confirmation/notification letter are prepared timely and accurately, based on correct / independent source. For those received from counterparty, verify for accuracy and return the positive acknowledgement in a timely manner. For positive confirmation which requires acknowledgement from customer, monitor and follow up through sending chaser/reminder letter to customer. Timely update the Confirmation Aging database for confirmation status, tracking and record purpose. Timely escalation to relevant parties (e.g. Treasury, Business RMs, etc) over the aging report for them to follows up with customer for the acknowledgement copy. Provide support for trade confirmations involving multiple entities within the organization. Ensure timely preparation and distribution of Mark-to-Market (MTM) and Audit Statements as required. Reconcile brokerage fees accurately and ensure payments are made within stipulated timelines. Participate actively in new product/project meetings and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Liaise with internal teams and external parties to streamline and enhance trade confirmation and related operational processes. Attend to enquiries from internal and external customers promptly and professionally. Undertake any other duties or special projects assigned by the Team Lead. A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or economics Preferably 2-3 years of experience in treasury operations or a related field Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Possess positive attitude and willingness to learn Attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office What We Offer Competitive base salary.
