- Complaint handling and escalation
- Premium collections, reconciliation and banking
- Decentralization of policy servicing (financial & non-financial policy changes and reinstatement).
- Attending to enquiries and appeals from Life agents on operational issues
- Execution of operational transformation initiatives under new work model Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- able to work under pressure and adapt well to fast pace environment.
