Production Supervisor

• Diploma or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Familiar with machining equipment performance and general operating methods; good understanding of common production processes.

• Minimum 10 years of production management experience in a related industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD design software.

• Fluent in Mandarin; English proficiency is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving skills for on-site machining issues; proactive and hands-on working attitude.

• Willing to be assigned for long-term work in Malaysia.

• Establish and improve the production operation system, formulate and implement production plans, monitor production progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Coordinate across production workshops according to the production schedule, balance manpower, machines, materials, methods, and environment to ensure smooth production activities and achievement of targets.

• Hold weekly production meetings to analyze the production situation, propose solutions, and ensure all production and technical indicators are met.

• Develop production plans based on project requirements, track progress, and coordinate resolution of production issues to ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare and submit material demand plans according to production needs, monitor material flow, and promptly resolve bottlenecks.

• Drive continuous improvement through PDCA and lean production management to enhance efficiency and product quality.

• Oversee equipment management, including regular maintenance, repair, and upgrades, to improve equipment performance and meet company/department needs for facility planning and production upgrades.

• Take full responsibility for safety and environmental management within the department, conduct regular inspections, and ensure corrective measures are implemented.

• Compile and report production data (weekly/monthly) to the department manager and relevant teams, and complete other tasks assigned by the department.
