Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end leasing process for new stores, renewals, and relocations. Identify, evaluate, and secure prime retail spaces that align with Subway's expansion strategy. Review and negotiate Letters of Offer (LOO) and tenancy agreements. Analyse site feasibility, including SARs papers, P&L projections, and CAPEX calculations. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and rental benchmarking. Liaise with landlords, property managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare reports and presentations for management on leasing performance and pipeline. ???? Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, retail leasing, or F&B site development. Solid understanding of the leasing process from site sourcing to tenancy handover. Ability to read and analyse SARs papers, Profit & Loss statements, and CAPEX budgets. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised with attention to detail and strong analytical ability. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
