As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the financial strategy, driving value creation, and ensuring the group is IPO-ready. This is a strategic appointment to support the next phase of growth across Southeast Asia. Key Responsibilities 1) Strategic Leadership Lead and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the group. Serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, supporting decisions related to growth, investment, and capital structure. Drive the financial roadmap for IPO readiness, including corporate governance, compliance, and stakeholder reporting. 2) IPO & Corporate Transactions Oversee IPO-related activities including financial audits, due diligence, regulatory filings, and investor relations. Evaluate and execute M&A opportunities and support integration of acquired entities. Lead relationships with bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators during corporate exercises. 3) Financial Operations & Risk Management Strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance structures across multiple jurisdictions. Oversee treasury, tax planning, cash flow, and working capital management. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant statutory and management reporting. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a fast-growing, mid-to-large company environment. Prior exposure to IPO process, investor relations, and M&A activities is strongly preferred. Industry experience in consumer, retail, F&B, hospitality, FMCG or similar sectors. Strong grasp of corporate finance, IFRS/MFRS, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability; comfortable working in entrepreneurial environments.
