Prepare full set accounts, including reconciliation, adjustments, posting of journal entries and maintenance of audit schedules etc.
Process and reconcile payments to vendors in a timely manner.
Prepare quarterly GST submission.
Preparing bank reconciliation report.
Support expense management, including but not limited to cost forecast and monthly cashflow forecast.
Assist in audit queries and preparation of financial statements.
Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in accounting systems.
Identify opportunities for improving financial workflows and reporting accuracy.
Assist in any finance related tasks or automation initiatives.

Role requirements

Min 3+ years' experience in finance or accounting experience in the financial industry.
Good understanding of financial controls, accounting standards and tax .
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Suite) and Microsoft Excel. Coding knowledge will be highly advantageous.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Experience with Shared Services would be advantageous.
