What You'll Do: To purchase and source the raw material activity from local and overseas shipment To issue P/O to vendors for the material planning requirement Expediting and follow up with vendors on time materials delivery as materials planning requirement Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition To keep the Approved Vendor List updated Overseeing, managing and improving procurement department Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained Monitoring customer service process, ensure customer order receive and well record Coordinate with related department to ensure stock availability supply to customer To monitor consumer trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to maintain a competitive product mix ???? Who We're Looking For: Diploma and above in a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement or related roles Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written) Good knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS Good physical and mental health Active in sports or regular exercise is an added advantage Open to Malaysian citizens only ????
