- Able to assist in pre-sales tasks such as printing and preparing air waybill
- Responsible for after-sales support, including handling return parcels and related processes
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn new skills
- Assist customers before purchase and follow up after sales to ensure satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Work closely with the sales and admin team for smooth operations
- Support daily operations and any other tasks assigned by management
