Maintain underwriting qualities, and provide premier level service and support to relevant distribution channels. Provide customer friendly decision. Contribute on technical training to staffs and to manage assigned portfolio efficiently. MIDDLE MANAGEMENT 1.To review and underwrite complicated/jumbo cases/prestige medical case and achieve high settlement ratio. To evaluate and countersigning cases recommended by the junior underwriter, to make prudent business-focused decisions effectively and timely. To conduct technical underwriting audits and lead role in project. Imparts technical knowledge for business improvements. To manage assigned portfolio and ensure Turn-Around-Time and service level is efficiently managed. 2.To provide coaching to underwriters on case management, review and assess underwriting qualities. Conducts training for underwriting team. 3. Engage with business peers/partners and act as professional to liaise with Life Planners To provide technical consultation/advice. Provide solution and guide agent to get the case finalized. Priority services for Jumbo case. Priority consultation and underwriting services for premier Life Planners. Able to prepare and conduct Underwriting workshop/Clinic/roadshow 4. Involved in Compliance screening related tasks and ensure continuous compliance of regulations/ procedures set for Customer Onboarding Department. Provide top priority service to all complaint cases. 5. To perform other responsibilities and duties, this may be assigned from time to time by the Supervisors/HOD in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
