Featured Testing Program Manager Responsibilities Job description Manage and supervise the day-to-day delivery of test services by vendors appointed by the bank for testing. Coordinate with the Test Governance team to ensure the adoption of testing methods, standards, tools, and to coordinate health checks or audits. Quantify, manage, track, and report test-related statuses, SLA, and KPIs, ensuring that defined testing transformation SLA and KPI targets are met for the accountable portfolio. Work closely with the Test Engineering Lead to provide inputs on domain-specific test engineering requirements and ensure they are met. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Vendor Test Managers/Test Leads for the respective domains. Engage stakeholder communities to gather feedback on testing service delivery and identify improvement opportunities to be communicated to the Test CoE team. Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering or a related field. Proven work experience in test delivery or an equivalent role with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in large and complex organizations, preferably in Banking and Finance, and at least 5 years of senior management experience in testing. Extensive experience in managing end-to-end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers. Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall, DevOps).
