- Pitching ideas, concepts, and campaign plans to the client.
- Lead & manage projects into excellence.
- Nurturing accounts and strategizing ways to build new opportunities.
- Communicate and converse at various levels of personnel within the client's organization.
- Work closely with clients and internal resources on solutions that address requirements.
- Minimum of 4 years account management experience in ATL, BTL, Digital, Social and Retail / Shopper activation role.
- Meticulous and have a good sense of business acumen.
- Process-driven and had the agency's interest at heart.
- Independent & confident in meeting clients.
- Able to lead by example maintain good spirits and contribute team morale.
- Experience working with large budgets and high-profile accounts.
- Confident i pithing techniques and experience taking sole responsibility for projects.
- adaptable to new environments and work processes.
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good at prioritizing & multi-tasking.
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work independently and possesses a positive mental attitude.
- Able to present effectively to different management levels (internal and/or external).
